Covid-19 update re: delivery schedule
Website customer deliveries:
We are still posting customer orders every business day (Monday to Friday) however please be patient with the couriers due to increased workload and stretched resources. This is affecting all couriers nationwide. Most couriers have suspended their timed guarantees. You can still choose upgraded postage at checkout and we will ship your order using your chosen method however be aware all services may experience a delay in transit and many couriers are 1. capturing photo evidence delivery instead of signature delivery and 2. leaving parcels in a safeplace.
Shop customer deliveries:
If you are wanting to purchase items from our store and garden centre in Maldon please call our shop on 01621854225 and the staff will advise you regarding our home delivery service to local customers using our own transport.

Our goal is for your order to be delivered to you as quickly and securely as possible and we aim to despatch all orders from our on-site UK warehouse within one working day*. Some items come to us from our UK importer and for these items we despatch within two working days.
Once your order is despatched we will email you to confirm and the email will provide your delivery tracking details.
* working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Public Holiday Days i.e. Bank Holidays.
We will post to whatever address you provide us with. You can choose your desired address on the checkout page.
Standard delivery is free and takes around 3 to 4 working days, (small items sent via Royal Mail, large items sent via Parcelforce). Upgraded delivery is £3.99 and takes 1 to 2 working days depending on your postcode area.

Please purchase your item, choose your desired delivery upgrade and we will do the rest as we always give priority for orders placed from our website. Alternately please call us on 01621 851988 or email us to make us aware of your requirements so we can do our best for you.
Most orders despatched have a tracking number, especially the delivery upgrade services. The tracking number will be provided to you in the despatch email once your order has left our warehouse.

Non-Delivery and Return To Sender
If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, we advise you to track delivery online for the latest information or to contact your local delivery office.
If an order is returned to us (Return To Sender) for reasons beyond our control i.e. undeliverable then we will cancel and refund the order as per Return To Sender policy. The customer will receive email notification of this and can place a new order if required.
