Telescopic Adjustable Aluminium Trekking Pole in Dark Green

A high quality practical trekking pole that features smooth telescopic action height adjustment.

Made from light but strong aluminium finished in a stylish dark green colour.

The handle may be held in two different ways: held on the top in the manner of a walking stick, or grasped around the neck as with a hiking staff.

The cord wristloop helps prevent accidental loss of the pole. Height adjustable 80cm and 156cm.

The pole is fitted with a removable rubber ferrule over a metal spiked ferrule, so that the pole may be used on both hard and soft surfaces.

CLASSIC CANES: In the late 1970s, Ben and Diana Porter bought Warren House, a romantic but ruined property set deep in a neglected Somerset woodland. They gradually rebuilt the house and discovered that the woodland, which was predominantly populated by ash trees, was suitable for growing raw material for rustic walking sticks. Ben applied the traditional forestry technique of coppicing the trees, thus starting the production of walking sticks.
